The focus of this one-day course is on developing design thinking, leading and influencing a design team, effective teamwork, and fostering a great design

Learn how to lead and influence your design team with a user-centered design process. Learn to make good decisions quickly and confidently and how to give effective feedback.

Your team’s culture determines what actually gets done. To impact design, you must make sure your culture matches your design aspirations. You have to walk the walk.

Learn what an “intuitive” and simple UI really means, so that you can make your product easier to understand and use, and remove unnecessary complexity.

Your management team is aware of many problems and their solutions. Several class exercises are designed to be a forum to share them. A kind of a group design therapy—with a neutral party leading the way.
