3. Customize Because this workshop is to satisfy your team’s goals, we will work with you to customize the exercises to address your specific design challenges. There’s no better way to satisfy your goals than to apply the workshop material directly to the problems you need to solve. We can also do limited customization of content if necessary to better address your goals at no additional charge.
   While a two-day workshop format works well for most teams, we can add a third day of custom content if necessary (for an additional charge).
4. Invite Train your entire team (up to 20 participants), including management. We believe that having management attend is important for getting the most impact—the design process works best when everyone is on the same page.
5. Inspire and apply The great thing about the UX Design Essentials Workshop approach is that you can the material directly to your product during the workshop. At the end of the workshop, your team should have made many significant improvements and have a clear understanding of your remaining challenges and how to address them.
