UX Design Essentials was a comprehensive introduction to user experience and its importance in modern software development. I feel the knowledge gained in the class will result in a measurable improvement to our product.
As the author of the Windows User Experience Guidelines, Everett defined what it meant to create well-behaved and well-designed Windows applications for all Microsoft product teams.
Phillip Garding, Senior Program Manager, Microsoft Corporation
Not only was his ability to document, advocate, and make great decisions about UX, Everett had a great style of managing without managing. Helping and training people from so many different groups at so many different levels has a style all its own, and Everett was fantastic at it. I would recommend talking to Everett about any task that required strong User Experience, training, or customer knowledge.
